I am currently a student at Montana State University Billings, pursuing a degree in Computer Programming and Application Development. My passion for programming extends beyond academics, as I aim to use my skills in various areas of my life. This includes automating tasks, developing my dream game, and creating websites for family and friends.
In my professional role, I work as a Tier 2 IT Analyst at a bank. I specialize in supporting customers with their technical needs and have a strong focus on script management. I handle, edit, and analyze batch files for scanner systems, ensuring seamless operations. Additionally, I edit code within documents to ensure proper display and functionality, create scripts for registry edits to resolve software issues, and manage network-wide file downloads using PsExec commands.
Over the past two years, I have remained dedicated to honing my craft. My work requires a balance of precision and creativity, and I take pride in continually improving processes through scripting and problem-solving. I am CompTIA A+ certified and am currently working towards my CompTIA Security+ certification. This pursuit of knowledge reflects my commitment to growth and continuous learning. I am always eager to experiment and perfect my skills, with the goal of building solutions that not only meet current needs but also anticipate future challenges.
